Quick carabiner hook-ups make it easy to attach this bar to a cable machine like the Inspire Fitness M1 Multi-Gym or the FT1 Functional Trainer. In seconds, it’s ready to do wonders for your biceps, triceps and more. By switching between the inner and outer grip position, the cable machine’s upper and lower pulleys, and the supinated (hands under the bar) and pronated (hands over the bar) grip, you can pull your bar up or down - adding several effective curls, kneeling curls, extensions, overhead extensions and more to your workout.

It’s durable and easy on your joints at the same time. The curved “EZ curl” design of this bar makes for a less severe grip angle, significantly reducing your risk of golfer’s elbow and other injuries.
