DELIVERY & SHIPPING
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
Delivery time depends on your location. Please note that business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

We partner with the following couriers to ensure your order reaches you:
- AP Cargo
- Lalamove
- LBC
- Lite Xpress
- Ninjavan
WHAT DO I RECEIVE UPON DELIVERY?
You will receive the item(s) purchased, a delivery receipt, and a commercial receipt (which includes item details, price, and customer information). Depending on the courier, you may also be asked to sign digitally on their mobile device.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Yes, you may designate an authorized representative. They must present the following to the delivery personnel:
- A signed authorization letter
- A copy of your valid ID (the customer)
- the authorized representative's valid ID
WHAT IF THE DELIVERY IS UNSUCCESSFUL?
We allow a maximum of two (2) delivery attempts. If both attempts fail due to the customer or recipient being unavailable, the order will be cancelled. If payment was already made, the total amount will be refunded less any incurred shipping costs.
Disclaimer: Chris Sports is not liable for delivery failures caused by factors beyond our control, such as force majeure, absence of the customer, public disturbances, weather conditions, or incomplete/incorrect address details.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments via:
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) in select areas.
- Credit/Debit Card (Mastercard and VISA).
- BDO Bank Deposit/Transfer.
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT CASH-ON-DELIVERY (COD)?

COD is offered in select serviceable areas only (you may check coverage during checkout).
- Please prepare the exact payment amount, as the delivery personnel do not carry loose change.
- Orders are automatically cancelled if payment fails upon delivery. Repeat offenders of this policy will render their COD option disabled permanently.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
All delivered orders are considered sold. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to evaluation. Please contact us immediately at chrissportsnetwork@gmail.com for any issues.
Required for Returns/Exchanges: The item must be accompanied by the respective Invoice received upon delivery, and the Invoice must be readable and untampered.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER
To cancel, email us as soon as possible at chrissportsnetwork@gmail.com with your Order Number as the subject.
ARE THERE FEES FOR CANCELLING AN ORDER THAT HAS ALREADY SHIPPED?
Yes, if the order has been shipped (i.e., has a tracking number), a deduction will be applied to the refund:
- A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total payment (applies to Credit Card or large exercise machine Bank Deposit payments).
- The customer must shoulder the cost of returning the item(s).
WHY WAS MY ORDER AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED?
Orders may be automatically cancelled for reasons including: suspected fraudulent transactions, incomplete customer details, the address being outside our serviceable area, or Bank Deposit payments outstanding for more than 48 hours.
