Delivery & Assembly Notes (Exercise Machines)

• Equipment arrives unopened in factory packaging.
• Unloading requires 2–4 people (e.g., 3–4 for NordicTrack treadmills; 2–3 for smaller machines). Coordinate directly with the driver for assistance.

Defects & Warranties

• Defects / Repairs: All items are shipped factory-sealed. Contact support for issue resolution; unauthorized returns are not accepted.
• Warranties: Refer to individual product listings on our website for specific warranty details.

Cancellations & Returns:

• Before Dispatch: Full refund minus 6% online transaction fee.
• After Dispatch: Customer covers return shipping. Refund issued minus 6% fee once returned unopened/unused.

	Auxetic Auxetic constructions show a unique deformation compared to non-Auxetic constructions. Due to their internal properties, Auxetic constructions widen when a “pull” force is applied and contract when squeezed. The bigger the applied force, the bigger the Auxetic reaction.
	Graphene Inside Strategically positioned in most of our racquets, Graphene strengthens the frame, provides greater stability and optimises energy transfer from racquet to ball. When you buy your next racquet, be sure it has GRAPHENE INSIDE.
	Sweet Zone The special sweetzone is created through a rounded head shape with the widest stringbed section raised to the tip for modern play.
	Flex Groove The deeper flex groove softens the cross section geometry in the shoulder area for enhanced impact feel.
	Elliptical Beam The elliptical cross section in the shoulder area creates more flex during impact and enhances feel.
