Delivery & Assembly Notes (Exercise Machines)

• Equipment arrives unopened in factory packaging.
• Unloading requires 2–4 people (e.g., 3–4 for NordicTrack treadmills; 2–3 for smaller machines). Coordinate directly with the driver for assistance.

Defects & Warranties

• Defects / Repairs: All items are shipped factory-sealed. Contact support for issue resolution; unauthorized returns are not accepted.
• Warranties: Refer to individual product listings on our website for specific warranty details.

Cancellations & Returns:

• Before Dispatch: Full refund minus 6% online transaction fee.
• After Dispatch: Customer covers return shipping. Refund issued minus 6% fee once returned unopened/unused.

The following are NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY:

1. Repairs or attempted repairs and modifications by anyone not authorized by CHRIS SPORTS.
2. Serial numbers' label has been defaced, modified, or removed.
3. Damages caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions contained in the Owner’s manual.
4. Damages caused by water, fire, flood, getting hit by other objects, and other fortuitous events.
5. Damages caused by pets, pests, cockroaches, rats, and other rodents including insect infestations.
6. Damages caused by accidental plugging of wrong voltage not conforming to the unit’s requirement.
   
7. Damages caused by power surge and lightning charges.
8. Unit is exposed in outdoors (garage, pool area, patio, etc.), making it exposed to sun, rain, dust, and moisture. 
9. Improper use of lubricants. Only “silicon oil” should be used in lubricating the matting.
10. Damages occurred during shipment (claims must be presented to shipper).
11. Home service fee, repair service fee, and travel expenses for field service.
12. Removal and installation charges are not covered.
13. The following are not covered by warranty: foam, wheels, batteries, upholstery, seat, and pedal straps. 

TREADMILL MAINTENANCE TIPS

• Electrical Protection
  • Use an AVR: Always plug into an Automatic Voltage Regulator to prevent motor failure from power surges.
  • Ground Your Connection: Plug into a grounded AC outlet to prevent console crashes or display lock-ups.
  • Clear Power Cord: Ensure the cord is clear of the 0-10% incline mechanism to avoid pinching or damage.
    
    
• Cleaning & Environment
  • Weekly Dusting: Clean between the belt and deck; dirt is the leading cause of premature belt failure.
  • Keep it Dry: Ensure the area and the 140x51cm running surface remain dry and free of debris.
    
    
• Belt Care & Alignment
  • Tighten as Needed: If the belt slips, use the supplied Allen wrench to turn adjustment screws clockwise by 1/4 turn while running at a low speed (approx. 3 mph).
  • Proper Tracking: Keep the belt centered to avoid roller knocking and reduce load on the motor.
  • Avoid Over-tightening: Only tighten enough to stop slipping to prevent overstretching the belt.
    
    
• Leveling & Lubrication
  • Level the Floor: Use the rear supports to ensure the unit is level; unlevel floors cause squeaking and mistracking.
  • Follow Manual Specs: Only lubricate with silicone or oil if specifically recommended in the owner's manual. Unnecessary lubrication can damage the brushless motor electronics.
    
    
• Proactive Troubleshooting
  • Power Cycle: If the console freezes, turn the power off and on again to reset the computer.
  • Consult the Manual: Before attempting repairs, review your manual to avoid voiding the warranty.
