• Do not bleach

• Tumble dry on low heat

• Iron with a cool setting if needed

• Machine wash warm

• Turn inside out before washing

Pickup Details: If you opt to book via third-party delivery couriers (e.g., Lalamove, Transportify), text 09275422764 with your Full Name, Order Number, and Courier Name. (This number is strictly for pickup coordination, not product inquiries.)

Delivery & Assembly Notes (Exercise Machines)

• Equipment arrives unopened in factory packaging.
• Unloading requires 2–4 people (e.g., 3–4 for NordicTrack treadmills; 2–3 for smaller machines). Coordinate directly with the driver for assistance.

Defects & Warranties

• Defects / Repairs: All items are shipped factory-sealed. Contact support for issue resolution; unauthorized returns are not accepted.
• Warranties: Refer to individual product listings on our website for specific warranty details.

Cancellations & Returns:

• Before Dispatch: Full refund minus 6% online transaction fee.
• After Dispatch: Customer covers return shipping. Refund issued minus 6% fee once returned unopened/unused.
