Nice and efficient but a bit too high
The tip where you sit could be a little more wide to anchor the back of the knee when doing declines. But all in all not bad.
This is a great bench. It's sturdy, stable, and is easy to use. It was already assembled when we bought it, so no assembly required.
Looks sturdy and durable and works just fine.
